WWU's Annual Viking Night Set for Sept. 14th in Carver Gym

BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The Western Washington University Department of Athletics has announced that the 29th Annual KeyBank Viking Night Dinner & Auction will be held on Friday, September 14, 2018 inside Carver Gymnasium on the WWU campus.

 

The annual fundraiser helps raise money to support over 300 student-athletes that compete for WWU’s 15 intercollegiate programs.

 

Viking Night is recognized as one of the premier social events in Whatcom County with a huge gathering of Western boosters attending each year. The 29th edition of the fundraiser features the theme “Blue Carpet Affair” and will begin with a silent auction and cocktail hour from 5-7:30 pm, followed by a dinner and live auction from 7:30-9 pm. The event can accommodate up to 500 guests.

 

Registration and pricing information for 2018 Viking Night is available online by visiting WWUVikings.com/VikingNight. Reservations are recommended by August 17.
