State Golf: Sehome's Hakeman in 3rd Place after Round 1

Sehome's Ian Hakeman shot an opening round 71 at the 2A boys golf state championships Tuesday at the Columbia Point Golf Course in Richland. The junior is in a 3 way tie for 3rd place. He is just two shots back of the co-leaders, Dylan Apodaca of Selah and Chase Macintosh of Liberty.

He;s in a tie for 48th after shooting an 82. Cameron Hulbert of Squalicum is tied for 55th after posting an 83 and Sam Cox of Ferndale is tied for 63rd after shooting an 85 on day one.
