WCC's Alex Martin to play in NWAC All-Star Game

Whatcom Community College swingman Alex Martin will play in The NWAC Basketball Sophomore All-Star game this weekend. The former Meridian High School standout has been named to the North/West Men's roster.
Martin led the Orcas in scoring and finished third in the conference at 22.3 points per game. Martin also lead Whatcom in rebounding and assists at 7.6 and 4.6 per game respectively. He was named NWAC All-Region as a first teamer on the Northern Region earlier this month.
The NWAC Basketball Sophomore All-Star games are Sunday, March 18th at Everett Community College. The men play at 10:30 am and the women's game follows at 12:15 pm.
