On a day that saw the Bells held to just 4 hits, Cody Pasic supplied the big blow. The University of Maine catcher delivered a 2-run double in the bottom of the 2nd. Bellingham also scored earlier in the 2nd on a Dusty Stroup RBI single.

Portland (9-5) racked up 9 hits in the game, but was held to just two runs scored in the 4th inning.

After five straight wins the Bells are off on Monday. They are back on the road Tuesday to start a 3-game series versus the Cowlitz Black Bears (7-8) at Story Field. First pitch is scheduled for 6:35pm.
