The Doug Lange Network was created to return a local sports voice to Whatcom County.
Doug has worked 27 years in the radio industry. He started the first All Sports station in Whatcom County. He has worked in management as a Brand Manager/Program Director and Operations Manager overseeing multiple stations, as a talk show host and Sports Director.
As a play-by-play broadcaster Doug has called 4 Final Fours and 1 NCAA National Championship & 1 NAIA National Championship
as the "Voice of the WWU Vikings". He can now be seen on on Vikings TV. He has called 4 IBL Championships with the Bellingham Slam and numerous State Championships at the prep level. He has also garnered 10 Associated Press awards for reporting.
