The Bellingham and Sehome boys soccer teams are on to the 2A state quarterfinals after posting dominant victories Wednesday night at Civic Stadium. The Red Raiders defeated Fife 4-0. The Mariners beat R.A. Long 3-1.

Casey Carter scored two goal to help Bellingham remain undefeated on the year. The senior opened up the scoring with short strike to the back of the net just 2 minutes into the match. He notched his second goal in the 48th minute.

"He's been on fire throughout the whole season and we know how dangerous he can be," said Bellingham head coach Matt Zigulas. "It's his work rate. He just knows, he has an instinct for the goal, he knows where to be. He's always in the right place at the right time and a clinical finisher."
