Bellingham United FC scored late for a 2-1 victory
After a scoreless first half, Eleazar Galvan broke the scoreless tie in the 65th minute and then Olegario Orozco scored the game winner in stoppage time to give Bellingham United a 2-1 win in their season opener at Civic Stadium in Bellingham. Surf Wodajo scored in the 83rd minute to tie the game at 1-1 and Oly looked to have the upper hand until getting caught on a counter-attack and giving up the game winner. Bellingham held off a pressing Artesians attack in an extended stoppage time period to take the victory.
