The Whatcom Community College women's basketball team has added some strength to their front court. Stanwood High School forward Madison Chisman will play for the Orcas next season.

The 5-foot-9-inch senior averaged 15.1 points and 9.0 rebounds per game for the Spartans.  She was named 1st Team All-Everett Herald after helping lead Stanwood to an 11-and-11 record and a trip to the 3A district playoffs. 

​

Chisman joins a Whatcom Community College squad that went 17-and-10 last year with a trip to the Northwest Athletic Conference playoffs.
